Scanner to Reset DTCs After Bleeding Brakes on 5th Gen

The FSM provided by nashman69 has a section titled "Brake Fluid - Bleeding".

Within it are 2 sections:

a. Bleeding Brake Lines
b. Bleeding Brake System

The way I interpret this section, I don't need Techstream to bleed/flush brake lines; however, it's still possible to end up with DTCs being set afterwards.

Is there a scanner folks here would recommend(name/model number) other than Techstream that will reset these DTCs?

I'm not a vendor or manufacturer for this company but I have purchased this OBDII scanner that connects to a smart-phone and/or tablet via bluetooth.

It will not program anything but it will read/clear codes and engine functions while the car is running etc.

Relatively inexpensive and works on any car with an OBDII port.

It worked for my 2004 4Runner and on my current 2015 as well as my wife's 2010 mini-van without having to "purchase" any additional code libraries etc.

UCANDAS VDM is a good choice, i think.
i bought this to ECU initialization for my wife's BMW E90. nice!! this has the DTC resetting function, and TOYOTA included also. you can have a try
