Scary bearing

Ive been trying to figure out this low groaning sound for a week now. Im thinking its a bearing and im hoping that its a wheel bearing. Heres the situation, the noise starts at about 20mph and is consistent with speed. When i swerve either way the noise is the same, i can feel it in the steering wheel and sometimes threw the driver floor board, very faint tho. Ive had the truck on a lift and grabbed the tires at 12 and 6 and there is no rocking them back an forth. I also rotated the tires. Heres what i found today, i jacked the front up and spun the wheels by hand listening for metal on metal, the passenger side was smooth as silk while the driverside sounded like a bear eating rocks. Bam, bearing issue, would you say its a wheel bearing or front diff bearing? 102k on a 2005 sr5, calipers serviced, all diff fluids changed 5months ago mobil 1 synth. I was hesitant to engage 4*4 but i did anyways and it worked like a brand new truck. So what do u guys think?
