Screeching/squeaking front pulley

Trying to figure out what the name of the pulley that is on my 03 V6.

Its at the very bottom of the engine and sits behind my front skid plate. Its quite large ans someone mentioned its my power steering pulley but couldnt find anything related to that

When i splash water on it or drive through a puddle its screeches to the point I have to cover my ears.

Crankshaft Pulley?

Not familiar with the V6 but it sounds like a failing tensioner pulley.
