Screwed Up Rear Wiper and Defrost

Everyone,

I was trying to replace the bulbs in the center console and I believe I shorted out the rear wiper and defrost. The fuse in the compartment fuse box looked intact but didn't know if there was on under the hood? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is winter in Iowa and I have no rear defrost!
