I have a 2014 4Runner and was wondering if I can put music on the the Micro SD Card or if its only for navigation?

Its only for the nav. Use a usb stick instead

Bluetooth, USB, or FM Transmitter are your easiest options. :music:

Use a fm transmitter or mp3 adapter for ipod, iphone or sd card, so that you can play music through car stereo.
