Sea Foam again...PCV hose or Throttle Body?

I know it's a beaten up topic. Starting this for reason that I couldn't find answer to my question that might seem obvious to most of you: the best port to add it in with the SeaFoam recent invention (the spray can with hook and tube), is it still the PCV hose or now the TB?

With the spray can open the intake just in front of the throttle body and go in from there. (making sure that no unfiltered air gets in, just the seafoam.)

If you just get the regular bottle of it, empty into small bowl and use the PCV hose attached to the TB to suck it out of the bowl.

Not sure. But seems like the old way would be better. The goal is to practically flood the engine with that stuff, then shut it down and let the cylinder soak in it.
