Searched; no answer: Will the Super Charger Fit Under Standard Hood?

No luck on the Google search for this forum.

Anyone know if the SC will fit under the standard hood or do you have to have the scoop?

Also, I'm assuming the scoop is just cosmetic.....it doesn't flow air into the factory air box, right?

Thanks. I'd guess there's very little room between the top of the SC and the underneath side of the hood. I don't know that I could snake the crossbracing for my C/O towers around it....but I guess I'll cross that bridge if I decide I want the SC.
