Seat Back Covers

So my wife has a new Subaru, :hand: I know...

But the one cool thing about her car is that it came with hard seat back protectors,

Anything out there for the 4runners? I would love to have some way to contain the mud/crap/dog fur in the back of my 2014.

Canvasback is the only thing I've come across. I came from an Outback with the same seat back protector things, and they were quite handy when loading up a wet bike. Surprised that there's nothing readily/ easily available for 4Runners.

yeah I'm shocked too. They fit really nicely don't move around, and they protect really well.

I saw those canvas back, but I'm hoping for more the hard liner like the Subaru's

maybe you could measure the backs of the seats in your 4R and her Outback and see if the Subaru ones could be used?

The hard seat back protector is a good feature and combined with the cargo mat helps keep all the wet, hard edged crap from trashing that part of the interior. Some type of aftermarket for the 4R would be helpful for us as well. The Subie seat protector is just one of the many cool things about the 2016 Forester XT we have(maybe your wife has a lesser model?). With her XT running Michelin X Ice Xi3s and judicious driving, she can get where she needs to at a good pace with an extra margin of safety in our typically inclement winter weather which often lasts into early May.

My wife has a 2015 Outback Limited and I know exactly what you're talking about. Toyota offers a similar accessory but not here in the states and it seems like it would only work for those with 3rd rows. This came up awhile back here, and I think only Canadian members own them.

Nope, the only ones sold are for third row and they're only sold in Canada
