Seat swap - 7th gen Accord? Camry foams?

My front seat foams are in rough shape. The outer bolsters on both bottoms are worn out and they're uncomfortable as hell after a couple hours.

My fiance has a 7th gen Accord (03-07) that has great seats in it. Has anyone ever seen someone swap these seats into a 3rd gen 4Runner?

The other option is to replace the foams. I saw in another thread that someone found Camry foams that are the same as our foams - does anyone know what year Camry?

Following- I was just researching this earlier today and I didn't come up with anything satisfactory. I saw a few examples of swapping in Volvo seats but it involves custom brackets. Seems the Sport Edition seats are the most comfortable, followed by the electrical Limited, with SR5 as just the worst. Everybody's butt is different though. I have leather SR5 seats, what I would give for some adjustments after long drives...

I know the factory seats aren't great, but the OEM in me wants to restore them with brand new foam and leather.
They aren't bad, and I think they'd be great with new foam and leather!
Probably the most expensive option too though.

Jziggy (iFail at the mention tag) added a layer of memory foam to the bottom of his driver side seat. This is something I will be doing as well to my driver side and passenger seats when I am replacing the bottom cushion foams.

I'd say replace the foams and see if that makes things better before you swap in seats from another make, as would I imagine that would involve customizing the seat brackets.

I tried SR5 fabric and Limited leather. Either one killed my back and butt if I drove more than an hour.
