Thank you all for coming out. It is awesome to see the numbers grow with the meet ups. Eleven of us total with the Two Jeeps and One Sequoia. Though it was super cold, it was a great sunny day. I hope everyone had a great time, me, the boy and Misty sure did. And my buddy with the Sequoia had a great time, too.
Oh, also as a reminder in the future please everyone have a Walkie and/or CB Radio, given the fact cell service is spotty at best... With the growing numbers it will be nice to communicate more efficiently, especially when we are in need of help and solutions.

Ran up to Stampede really quick on my way home from Spokane this afternoon. Would have been a beautiful day for a snow run. I only went a couple miles up, and there was around 6-7" on the ground. Had to get home so I turned around, but it would have been nice up top. We should get a snow run organized one of these weekends.

A.Wilson013 and I did this last summer. We were on it for 6 nights. Was a lot of fun, and a lot of great scenary. Great way to see the Washington back country.
Even more reason for me to get new tires.

So sad we couldn't make it!! We will definitely not be missing the next one! I think we may go this coming weekend just because it looks so fun!!

Dont know if youd be interested but since me and the wife missed this weekend we are thinking of going out next saturday with her brother and his 1st gen flat bed truck if we get the engine swap done this weekend

Beginning stages of the plan is underway. Won't be until Summer 2015 when the plan turns in to action. More information to come later this winter, such as dates.

Heres my video - had to speed up a lot of it to keep the playing time down as I wanted to have as much footage as possible. some is at 8x but a lot is 4x or less.

Great, thanks for posting up. Do you have experience with the GoPro, too? Or just the Sony?

I have the Sony HDR-AS100V and the GoPro HERO3+ Black
they both have pluses and minuses. I bought the Sony first - its cheaper, water-resistant without the plastic bubble casing, and has better color rendition.
The GoPro doesnt fisheye as much, does a bit better in low light, and has lots more compatible accessories
