Got ya I'm looking for some scrap to build me a bumper

I might be able to help you out with some free materials metal wise. I weld for a living and generally have quite a bit of usable material laying around. I built my bumpers main frame out of 2"x2"x1/4" angle iron left over from a job and its rock solid.

For real that would be awesome I'm trying to get this old square tube ladder rack from the business next to my work so we can cut it up for bumpers and slidders for his truck and make me a roof rack but we will take what we can find

Had a great time out there! Thanks to every one who ce out for starting the new year off in a good way. Bummed I had to take off early. Can't wait till the next trip!

Had a great time wheeling yesterday. ended up with a little more damage then expected...
Smashed front passenger side fender and parking light.
Slid into tree on back passenger side denting right next to turn signal lenses.
both bolts holding rear of under engine skid plate broke off and bent plate down when i had to get pulled out of hole...

luckily it made it home totally ok, But...

Was washing it and it started misfiring. now i have a random misfire on cylinder 2 that goes away when i erase the code with my scanner, but randomly comes back later.

Still had a awesome day yesterday and cannot wait until the next trip!

So my spark plug boot connector broke off. I have new NKG wires coming in morning.
Also just installed all new spark plugs
Did the ISR delete and it sounds soo much better.
Now I am Starting a Transmission flush, and flushing both diffs.

That would explain why it was running crappy I just got my hands on my straight axle my brother is buying a 78 blazer and we are going to hang the chevy axles and engine and trans in his 82 flat bed wanna help should be lots of fun
