im also down for this meet and have some tools and yeah. just let me know when, this coming weekend wont work for me, but other than that give me a few days heads up and i will see what i can do

Yea I can't get my truck in there cuz of the rack. And any other lifted trucks it might be close.. I can get 1 truck inside and then 2 in the drive way. It's not big and I wouldnt call my tool set up awesome. Not the best but does the job..

No worries ill bring the seal driver with me. I'm down for where ever.

Would you be down for driving all the way up to Redmond? I'd assume you'd be one who would much prefer a Tacoma meet.

I can remove my bars easily enough. Maybe we can find someone with a tent pavilion that we could throw up on the driveway should it be raining that day.

lol it took me like 5min to figure out what you meant my a tacoma meet, i was like i have a 4runner, not a tacoma, i could care less about tacomas, then i realized you meant tacoma wa. lol :bravo::withstupid:. anyhow yeah i would prefer tacoma or somewhere in that area meet, as redmond would almost dubble my drive from vancouver, but if thats the best for you guys dont work around me im sure i can always crash in a hotel if it gets too late.

I got a set of these powdercoated a few weeks ago. I would pick these up for snow wheels but can't justify spending another $650 on a set of snow tires to go with them. : (

hey no worries, i'm right there with you, i was saving them to do the same thing with but can't justify the extra money for a spare set of tires at this point and am sick of them hanging out in my garage taking up space. lol

Well guys.. I might be out of commision for this meet and greet. I'm 98 % sure I have a blown head gasket. So itll be an on going project probably for a bit. Hoping to have it done before the meet and greet. Ill keep you posted.

I have to replace the head gasket, power steering pump, change my crankshaft pulley (harmonic ballancer), and prep for the dual battery setup, so ill have my work cut out for me. I will let yall know if I need a hand. Thanks guys.

well that sucks, at least you have a reason to be spurred into fixing and adding all of that other stuff now,i know pretty crappy second place prize but hey trying to look on the bright side right? the dual battery and other add-ons are going to be sick! i got the deep blue sea vsr set up with auto-switch and it's pretty slick in the old vw bus.

Haha.. yeah my list is pretty long too.. Hopefully I will get started on it this weekend and get the majority of it done before the meet. If I get the head gasket done this weekend and then maybe the powersteering pump I will be happy. But we will see I have a friend here on leave from afghanistan so the truck comes later on the priority list, I'll just have to get over driving my rice burner.

Good news. I might be gettin the head gasket fixed by the guy I bought the motor from. Its less than a year old and still under warranty! Hopefully he will fix it and not drag me around on it. more to follow.

oh it's a rebuilt? def. wanna pick your brain about that one then, i'm looking at 250K on my truck anytime soon here and was thinking about doing the heart transplant on my rig as well.

better talked about over a beer or cold beverage though.
