Yeah that's cool. I'd come down for a bonfire. And a couple drinks. We work until about 7 typically and I might bring a co-worker as I'm his ride to the hotel lol. We probably won't stay super late as we have to get up early and put in a couple hours and then drive back to Portland Friday morning but I'm.always down for meeting new 4runner owners.

Wow I didn't know the Seattle group was so active. I've been in Shoreline for since December, and have just been comuting to Lake Union everyday for work in my truck -- absolutely nothing fun outdoors, especially since I had ACL surgery last month.

Looking forward to coming out for the next meet up!

My truck needs some TLC bad. Have a brand new timing belt/water pump kit, buffing wheel, and steering rack bushings all collecting dust. Looking forward to both walking without crutches and decent weather to get some work done on her.

What's the best place to have a quality job getting some Stubb's sliders welded on around here? I'm up in the Everett area. I don't want to spend a zillion dollars on getting them done, but I do want to have them done properly. I haven't checked out Mann's in Shoreline, but wonder if anyone else might know what it would cost at their outfit, or any other options for that matter.

Anybody suggest somewhere to get some powder coating done? I am looking to get my AOR bumper and support PCed. I live in Kent, but work in Seattle. I have one quote so far for $350 cash. That seems a bit high, but I could be wrong. What say ye?

Honestly I think that's pretty fair for "good" powdercoating. I know a fabricator that has a powdercoat guy in Monroe. I'll PM you his number.

The guy that built my rack uses Thermo Tech in Monroe for all of his powdercoating. I believe it was $125 to have my rack done. $350 does seem steep for a bumper, I think. Twice what CBI charges to have it done before they ship it to you.
