Sent PMs do not show...

I sent a PM to another forumite a few minutes ago, yet it does not show under "Sent Messages"

I am relatively new to the forum, yet I have corresponded with said forumite before without problem.

Is there a built-in delay of some sort in the display of sent items?

EDIT: forumite did answer the pm, so it went out, yet it does not appear under "Sent items". Odd.

If someone hasn't answered you yet there is an additional options box below when you go to send the message and there should be a box to check next to where it says "save a copy of this message in your sent items folder"
