Went to the big local offroad shop today to get set up with a lift, tires and wheels. Went in thinking Bilstein 5100s. The Toyota guy there was like on a brand new 22 like that don't do it. Just do the Readylift 3"/2" lift. We do them all the time and they work perfect. So the plan is that with the factory suspension on a 22 TRD OR.
Wheels will be KMC Trails in 17x9 -12 offset
Tires are Toyo Open Country AT3s in 275/70/70
Biggest thing I'm wondering is if the 275's will be big enough? Not sure if 285s would cause a lot of rub or what. They seemed pretty confident that what I listed was the way to go with how many 4Rs and Tacos they do.
