Can anyone recommend a shop to get my tires mounted and suspension installed?

I'm not familiar with the area but there are a few people here who are in SF Bay area. It seems like any tire shop could install the tires. Find one that has the better wheel balance tools.

I don't think BAMF does installations—they run "mod days" but I don't think Jerry likes doing installs.
All of the Toyota Dealerships in my area send the work to 4Wheel Parts which is unfortunate. I did my install myself and took the tires down to West Oakland since no one wanted to touch my T4R even for tires.

I am currently in San Mateo area. I want to find a reputable shop for the suspension install.

I'm in the east bay and will help you out with the install. Buy a few brews and we will call it even.
I am going to have these guys install my lift -> SWAT Customs in Fremont. 48 5-star reviews on Yelp.
Though I would like to learn how do it myself and may take Snow-Jet-MK5 on his offer to help. I am just waiting on the Bilstein 5160s to come back in stock.

I wish I knew some shops in the area, I'm in Hayward... 
I did my suspension at work, I know BAMF is pretty good; but I believe they do fabrication and not general work.
You could try getting some members together with beer for a "mod day."

Since you're in San Mateo, I recommend Metric Tech for your suspension lift (Tell Joe AJ sent you), and Shaffer's Tires in Burlingame for your tire needs.
Joe installed all of my suspension parts, so he's familiar with 4runners.
What are you having installed?

Give The Toy Shop in San Francisco a call. Waylan and his guys just installed my Toytec OME lift kit and did a great job. They're on Geary at 12th.
Bear in mind you have to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. But it's worth the wait.
I've also had him replace my radiator and my upper and lower ball joints.

It took me about 2 1/2 hrs to install my Bilstein 5100, toytec springs, and LR UCA. It's not that difficult as long as you have the right tools.

It will be Total chaos UCA, King shocks front and rear with 1.5 SAW rear springs. The wheels will be Method racing NV with BFG all terrain KO2.

Yea, Joe at Metric Tech can take care of that for you. Did you also get extended brake lines? I would recommend that with your lift.
If you venture to SF, Toy Shop is the only shop that I take my truck to for maintenance, and Robert's Tires for all of my tire needs.
What shop did you go with?
I have my Toytec lift and looking for a place myself. Currently thinking about Swat Customs, but looking to see if there's any better recommendations.

I got my suspension installed and alignment done at SWAT Customs. Could not have been happier. They even offer a free retorque of the bolts after 10 days driving and settling in period. If you want more opinions, you can read the 52 - 5 star reviews on Yelp.

A friend recommended 2m Automotive in Burlingame. They are installing my lift on Friday so I haven't had the work done yet. But they have been very helpful on the phone with my questions, they have good Yelp reviews, and one of the lead mechanics owns a 2014 TEP KDSS that's lifted, etc. Give them a call if you want.

I always wanted to try this place when I lived in the Bay Area (didn't have my 4runner yet, but wanted to do some stuff with my Subaru). Evidently its a professional garage where you can rent the work bays and lift, they provide all of the tools and professional advice on installs/repair work. Looks like a cool place if you wanted to learn to work on your car with someone looking over your shoulder to help.
