I have a 96 4runner, 3" body lift, 3" suspension lift on 33x12.50 tires, after buying brand new tires, getting it aligned twice and having the tires rebalanced twice, it STILL shakes something terrible! Its the worst around 50 mph and I never take it over ~65 due to the fear of it just.. disintegrating.. 
Everything seems tight and in good shape underneath so I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and what was causing it? I have a feeling it might be my wheels since they are cheapo-s but I don't know!! :shrug:
