Shark fin

I have looked around, haven't found anything in the 3rd gen section. I have my aftermarket head unit, and have the Sirius XM radio on it. Since I prefer to listen to XM, but the antenna I have sucks.

Is it possible to retrofit a shark fin and make it all work together?

Has anyone tried it?

I don't think stock location would be a good spot for a shark fin.
I'm sure its been mounted on someones roof.
