So I got my rack today [MENTION=129084]Flemster[/MENTION]
And I guess you can say I am less than please with the way it got here
FedEx box was destroyed was in three pieces, and honestly I expected that. BUT
The way the rails were wrapped was less than satisfactory.
The damage is definitely nothing that I can’t fix but I was wanting to run these raw color and just polish and clear coat them. With this damage idk if I will be able to do that now but I definitely love the rack and everything looks like it is there, I’ll just have to take some extra prepping steps, no big deal.
Maybe for future reference wrap the side rails as good and tight as the cross bars
Idk if you guys or FedEx does this
And also maybe put a fragile stamp or stickers on the box cause wow was mine destroyed.
And maybe I’m being picky and I don’t mean to sound like an *******. I’m just trying to give you guys feed back to try and prevent this from happening to anyone else.

HOLY CRAP! This is definitely a first out of the 30 racks we have shipped so far. This is baffling. Any pictures of your box? I find it hard to believe so much damage could be done unless the box was actually repacked. I'm interested to speak with you about some details about this. Would you mind messaging me so we can figure it out? Definitely, don't want this to ever occur again because this is not at all what we stand for. You also said "FedEx Box" we do not ship them in a FedEx box.... leads me to believe they repacked it for some reason. Shoot me a message and Ill give you my cell number!

It was FedEx indeed witch is what I assumed, especially during this time of year when they are working double shifts or 7days a week. They just don’t care.
I talked to Alex on his personal line and he confirmed this with me.
The box ripped open and all of the stuffing they had put in the box came out. Although the side bars could have been wrapped a bit better and maybe could have prevented the scratches but who knows. The box was trashed so who knows what kind of abuse it went through.
I signed up for FedEx manager and signed for it online and requested they put the rack in my garage via the side door that was left open for them.
When my wife got home she said the box was just laying on our front porch steps. And I’m sure the arsses just dropped it there and that’s where the dent came from.

Idk how many people ordered the full fearing but I fixed mine. I couldn’t leave it looking like it was.
Now for paint.
Just of course it starts raining as I’m done prepping and making adjustments to it.
So now I wait.

Rack Dimensions: 91”L x 43-1/2”W x 6”T
The thickest point is 6" which is up near the windshield to account for the slope of the roof. In the rear, it is around 4"

New logo finally figured out that can be water jet into the side piece. We want to run it in the fairing but the wind noise would be much worse and not worth it for just some added looks.

The new style is finally installed on my truck, no more prototype. Lot's of people taking advantage of the sale which is awesome. Hope to have a lot more. Over the next few months, we are going to be working on reducing turn around time on orders to hopefully around a week or less. Something that from my knowledge no 'Custom' rack company does. Besides some of the big names.
Going to get a lot of up close detailed shots for you guys while I'm out in Utah. Utilize the beautiful backdrop it provides. That being said, I won't be able to respond to messages/emails/texts as often starting this Saturday and into the following Saturday. I'll try my best. Will will be in town and available to answer any and all questions.
