Shop recommendations needed in Portland area..

I need a shop that can help with bolt on armor (sliders and bumpers), winch and an Icon suspension upgrade. Anybody have a solid recommendation?

Thanks man. I'll check out a few of the recommendations above. I would also like to do some of my own work. I just don't have the tools and/or a garage. I'll look at the Portland post idea as well.
