I just bought a 05 Sport Edition 4x4 138K, spotless interior, new tires, $12,500 out the door. With limited maintenance records, had a few, but not a novel like one would want. Two things I factored in, 1) If the interior has been taken care of, one would think that the rest was. 2) I took it to the local toyota place, had them run through, no major issues found. $45. Love it though, was exactly what I was looking for.
