I could be wrong and it could just be how they were stored, but it almost looks like they are unevenly worn (the tread blocks show dirt on one side and not the other). maybe do to a poor alignment on the last vehicle they were on?

You beat me to it... Looks like scalloped tread wear. 75% ? I'm not convinced.
I'd also ask the poster for the date code. These may have sat for a while. Good price if it checks out.

Those look like the kevlar Silent Armors. I have heard they have balancing issues and they are a very heavy tire. I don't believe the 75% tread statement at all. I would definitely have to see them in person.Good luck.

the 2 front tires look scalloped. for $250 i'd run em.

you're not gonna find decent 33s for much cheaper than that. a new set is about $970.
