The way I think about it is in the US the fuel is ultra-pure. If there were problems, we'd see an issue w/ fuel filters being clogged and needing replacement.
Is there carbon build up on the valves? Sure, but if you get some Chevron fuel injector cleaner or SeaFoam, you'll come out way ahead. In addition, when I had a couple of BMW's way-back-when, we were advised to run the engine at a high RPM occasionally to clear the build up.

Not sure about "ultra-pure" but our Gasoline is pretty good quality. EFI cleaning is for the most part really only beneficial to older vehicles. The newer filters and systems don't let rust and other debris into the lines as older designs do. Now, its not a bad idea as a preventative maintenance, but honestly you really don't need the heavy duty version a dealer is going to do (depending on whether or not they actually have the proper equipment in the first place.)
That being said, its not entirely impossible for your injectors to get gunked up, just highly unlikely. Unless the vehicle is high mileage and is running poorly, misfiring, and or over all poor engine performance I would just run a can of Seafoam through a 1/4 tank of gas if you really wanna clean the system out. It costs about 10 bucks, makes a lil smoke and does actually clean up the carbon in the engine, I use it in all my cars. There are other brands as members have mentioned, many work just as well so no need to fret.
In short, unless you're having engine performance issues, lean codes due to fuel delivery, or other similarly fuel related issues; you don't need a heavy duty EFI cleaning.

Seriously the Chevron Techron, the expensive concentrated version really works. Can you tell I'm a true believer on this ? It costs more but is high value too.
