Should this be rubbing

Um, should these two parts be rubbing??

I'm guessing it's just from turning the wheel to hard.

That's what it looks like to me. Try backing off a little on the steering, especially when off road.

You are fine, its the steering stop, it just rubs when you are hard over and when the suspension goes up and down.
