and mcobray...stock spare steel wheels, got mine at a tire shop for $20 each

No, I didn't paint them. I had them bead-blasted and then powder-coated. They are not quite matte black. More like a satin look I guess. Center caps are paint though.

Your wheels steered me to the powder-coat actually, so thanks for the inspiration. :yo:

Thanks for the compliment! I found them at a Toyota wrecking yard in LA. I stopped by there one day looking for a Taco antennae and saw them sitting in the corner. They had just been taken off the owners Tundra. I got very lucky! The 4runner spares are almost the same, but have smaller holes. I like the look of the larger holes on the Tundra steelies. I think you already have the best looking oem wheel with the limited 5 spokes. If we lived closer to each other we could talk about a possible wheel trade. I love my steelies, but sort of ready for a change. I like the clean look of your runner with the color matched grill and bumpers. I've been thinking of painting my grill and license surround to match body color.
