Shrockworks 5th Gen 4Runner Front Bumper

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm positive the piece which is directly under the headlights is part of the bumper. I remember when I painted my headlights that it came off when I removed the bumper. Did you cut that piece from the bumper and reattach?

I love the bumper and will be getting it, but want to be prepared if cutting is required.

I think we can take that as a compliment, haha. The piece directly under the headlight is actually fabricated from thinner gauge sheet metal. That piece was my worst nightmare out of this whole project, but the mental strain paid off.

I cant wait to start seeing what you guys do with these products! Thanks for all the compliments.
 
I stand corrected, thanks for clarifying. Very nice fabrication work on that part. You made it look just like the factory bumper piece, but stronger since it's not plastic. Can't wait to see it powder coated. Great job.

Now for those bumper insert pieces, will you guys be painting them from your shop or does the buyer have to get them color matched? I don't really care, aslong as its black lol.

My wife had a similar response when I showed her. I'm hoping the powder coat will change her mind......
 
Sliders + Bumper Deal

You guys did an awesome job. I'm also wayyyy impressed by those trim pieces you made. They look almost identical the original bumper area. Sometimes its the little things, and I think you nailed it.

Once you guys figure out pricing, if theres the possibility of a deal on Sliders and bumper together, I'd definitely be interested in both.

i'm not quite ready to buy that kind of stuff for my 4runner, BUT, i think it looks pretty damn sweet. AND i don't think the price isn't too bad either. Great work sir!

Will the powder coat pictures be up before the end of promo? Also do aftermarket lights fit on the bumper or the original OEM brackets?

If they use the original brackets what if water builds up inside the bumper? Will it rust easily? I am moving to Portland, OR so I want something durable for the weather.

What is the wait time for production after ordered?
