Sorry [MENTION=77370]Gabex35[/MENTION] I had not added you because I thought you were only interested in a 2014 front bumper. Don't think they will have that ready when this GB kicks off. If you are in for other products though, even better!

No worries. I emailed them today and this is what I got: "I would think a week or 2 for a finished prototype once we get the 4Runner
in the shop which should be late next week. I would be comfortable taking
an order from you once I can at least send you a picture of what it will look like." And "I'm almost certain the bumper won't need to be changed. Our headlight and
grill trim will obviously need to be redesigned but if the chassis stays the
same, the bumper itself probably will too. We wouldn't be able to design an
entire bumper in that amount of time."

If there's a chance I can get a discounted price, I'd like to be on the list.

Awesome! Sounds like it would be done a lot faster than I thought they would be able to do. That is if nothing has changed on the '14.

This is pure speculation, but I would assume it would include custom stuff. As long as it is from the Toyota section, it should be 10-15% off whatever the price of the item is. You would have to confirm with them however.

Might I suggest you start a new Thread with an appropriate tittle, but more importantly with all the details and names of buyers on the 1st page/post. Maybe include the information from your post #40 in it. It will also allow you to just simply edit page/post one with new information and buyers.

This original thread was just an inquiry on if it was going to happen or if someone was looking in to it. As you have now taken the lead, it is a sure thing and should be reflected as such, so it's not lost in 4+ pages of this thread. Which I'm sure will grow over the next month.

Also, while this does not really apply to you or I, but seems some folks are wanting something after the holidays due to buying gifts for their kids and the like. I know you said 4-5 or was it 3-4 weeks, but would it be beneficial to do it just after the turn of the year? That way maybe we can ensure we get 20+ for a possible greater discount and account for those who may drop out last minute.

I think I read one or two post where people would like to wait for tax returns, while that seems a bit late for me, maybe Shrockworks does not charge until the product is shipped or put in to production? This might allow some people to hold off a month or two, to get that IRS check (which will process 1-2WKs late due to the shutdown this past summer).
