SHROCKWORKS *Group Buy* Winter 2016

A normal wait time for shrockworks stuff is at least 4 months outside of a group buy, if folks are in that much of a hurry they are looking at the wrong product.

I waited 11 days and didn't get any response, on pricing, order date or shipping time frames.....how is that being "in much of a hurry"

Its not on the Schrockworks end. I emailed them and got an answer in like 2 hours. ( I tried to see what the discount will be and they told me they can not tell me)
They told me they are waiting on Jicko to submit everything to them, so someone dropped the ball somewhere

Give it till the end of next week at least, guys. Jicko has not even been online in a week. Shrock is aware of the GB and seems like they just need to put the final details together with Jicko. Don't expect anything to happen here with the holidays and the last few days of the year, but I am hopeful we are about done with the wait. It has been 5 weeks, what is another week or two to save 10%-15% (based on some past figures/insight)? p

Yes, it is ridiculous we can't get an update several weeks and numerous requests later. But, all we are waiting on is a discount code and the rest will be handled thru Shrock.

A normal response time by someone leading a group buy should be 24 hours or less.............heck give them 48 due to the weekend. But there has been numerous posts to this thread for several days, the OP would have recieved numerous notifications and yet no response.

This has no correlation to Shrockworks time frame?

I get it, my point is that if you ordered directly from shrockworks today you wouldn't see the product until April, assuming you aren't ordering a bumper which is usually longer. Great product, awful operating efficiency, what's a week or two. Maybe the dude is on vacation, he has run some extremely successful group buys. eace:

Jicko is probably on vacation, give him a fvckin' break. He runs tons of these GB's without issue. (except for that lame ass POS company Gobi but thats not his fault they suck swollen donkey balls) Now! If this guy buys my old 01 Accord on Sat, I'll be in for a rear bumper!

We are very close to getting the deal done, hang in there, updates soon!

that implies updates are coming soon. so i can more easily see how some folks might be getting anxious. i would be, too, but in the 5 weeks since this thread has started, my wife's car has been stolen, we've listed, sold, and signed the closing docs on the house, got wife a new car, put money down on a new house, picked out all the options for the new one, my wife has had surgery, and we've moved into an apartment. and somehow i've still managed to check this thread a few times. holding out for that discount, though, in hopes that we'll get them before summer.

I will wait and see, if the deal materializes ... great. If not something else will eventually peak my interest down the road.

Not sure why people are getting all worried. It's the holidays so lets give the guy a break. Some members may remember but last year Jicko set up like 7-8 group buys all at the same time and was good to his word on each and every one of them. Lets give him the benefit of the doubt.
