Well since you can take everything I say literal in your argument I guess I can do the same and will say not EVERYONE else had this happen to them and this doesnt ALWAYS happen. (See how easy that it to misconstrue ) sorry you were forced to buy the bumper and anytime during that "10 months" you never could have had your money back and taken it elsewhere.
Also there is a classified section where you can sale your bumper or maybe even trade for a CBI......Cheers.

It serves no purpose to pound a vendor...
Budbuilt, SW's, Demello, CBI...none of these places are perfect....deadlines are missed, estimates blown, unintentional damage inflicted...it doesn't end. They're human..they make mistakes.
What they do offer us, is a way to make our trucks better, stronger, and more personal. Through their dedication to the customer(s) and their extremely difficult R&D, they cater to difficult bunch. They make some phenomenal products..all of them.
You would you like to go work everyday knowing some horse's ass is waiting to trash your good name in some truck forum, because he didn't like the wait, or the hoop, or the f'ing finish...?? No one want's to deal with that everyday....nor do they deserve to. Run your own goddamn business for twenty plus years, working 12 hour days, worry about vendor screw ups, run a website, answer the phones... and then come back here and run your yap..
Attempt to make something of your own out of metal with own two hands, and that will give you a subtle idea of what these shops deal with day in, day out.
If you want to trash a builder/vendor/sponser...at least show a set of balls and call the owner up and b itch to them, and let us know how that goes.

i do run my own biz, mostly 14 hour days, yep do that too, yep that also...
yes i do this also...
and i did that also, have the balls, called the owner and just got more excuses and promises, gave me money back for shipping...

This is not personally directed at anyone...so don't take it personal...all I'm suggesting is to think (everyone) before you take the hammer out...because once they dents are in the finish, they're hard to buff out...
