sick of this alarm

okay guys. im new to the group and this is my first post. seems like a lot of good info to be had here for sure. I have a 96 limited with what seems to be a dealer installed alarm system made by Audiovox, small blak box under the dash with a toogle with mounted on the kickplate,

heres my question.. an i ust unplug the wiring harness to disable the system with out any other problems. i dont want it reset, i want it dead. the thing is driving me crazy and all i use the 4runner for is knocking aroun. the alarm system is not needed at all for my usage.

Pull out the alarm completely so it doesn't drain your battery.
Pull out the starter kill relay.
Reconnect the factory starter wire.
Drink beer.
