Signal light sound

Hello all, I don’t get in here much but when I need help I know this is the right place to ask. Here is my dilemma, as some of you know I inherited my son’s Runner after his passing. I get this flasher sound randomly and I can’t figure out what is doing it. I attached a video for better explanation. Thank you in advance.

The flasher relay is located on the back side of the fuse box under the dash. I suspect that it’s bad, but don’t know offhand if that’s the sole culprit causing what you’re experiencing. I know that when a bulb is out on one side of the vehicle, the flasher will cause that left or right blinker to hyperflash but it appears yours is making noise when in the neutral position. I have an factory one off my 2000 you can have if it’s compatible with your 2002.

Appreciate the offer, I’m not sure if it will fit. I will have to go under the dash and see if replacing the flasher will fix the problem. Thank you for the quick response.
