Signals (help?)

I just bought a 1990 4runner 4x4, only problem with it is the turn signals. They don't work, and neither do the hazards/flashers. I don't have the owner's manual, and I believe the horn and flashers are on the same fuse? The horn works fine, all the fuses are good.

Anybody might be able to pinpoint the problem? I'm not a mechanic

Also, out of curiosity, what is CMH in the fuse box?

I would check the relay for the signals.

Check the flasher unit. It's above the fuse box behind the drivers side kick panel. (it's probably green)
