so i have procrastinated this bracket long enough and lost motivation to mod it to do a panhard lift on the axle side. well 2 years later its on lol.

now to have it welded in place and paint it black. hopefully this will get rid of some of my tracking woes with the 4runner.

As you can see I did more modifications to the bracket to clear for suspension travel since the top part of the bracket was hitting the frame during hard dips. Now to figure out my front end clunk and install my rear icon external resi's and alignment and call it a day!

hey man i have a 99 limited iths the IJM/Tan color combo. im probably going to have the bottom half (tan ) painted, i was curious as to what your second color is, i like that over the idea of just color matching it

the clading color was based off of the grey on the 98 and older limiteds. i have repainted them recently to the Smokey granite mica on the lexus cars.

and once again Icon drops the ball on my parts orders. my rear shocks have been more than a pain in the ass to aquire. the ship them to metal tech on accident instead of shipping to me, then they find out that they didnt build them with the CDC vales like i asked...sigh.. uber fail this is like the 4-5th time thay have screwed up my stuff. its not like im asking for a handout either...

Hey bud I really just don't know anymore I have piggy backs in the rear currently and going to remote resi's in the rear to match my front remote resi's. The piggy backs when I first got them leaked and I had to take them in. The front remot resi's I recently got took over a month and when I got them the remote hose was super short because I was built the wrong ones and had to wait another week for the corrections to be made, then now this order took about a month when I was told 2 weeks then they ship to the wrong address, then on top of that they are built wrong.... Just my luck

Dang man, that sucks... I hate wait times like that. If Icon didn't produce such badass products I think you would have given up on them after the first incident lol.

On a lighter note my custom center console is almost done I'm pretty excited.
If I had to do it again I might have thought twice before I would have attempted this again, but the results are actually really good. And I was able to keep that oem look.

So my muffler cracked again for the 2nd time pos magnaflow so I am going to do my own custom exhaust setup

So I have had the last straw with Icon and their products. I have been dicked around by these clowns long enough. What was supported to be a straight forward build similar to Masson74's setup has be come nothing but a nightmare. 3 tries and still can't build the shocks right. Missing parts. And lack of comprehension as well as lies and fake promises. Hell they built the setup once before why couldn't they do the same thing again? Answers like its a custom order we don't supply the brackets to hold the external resi just don't fly with me. And I asked for a straight fitting off of the resi with a swivel and you build me one with a 90 degree fitting? Come on the god damn hose is gonna hit the tire. Then you ask me what is wrong and I tell you in and email with confirmation back from you that you understand what I want and still you don't do what I ask and you confirmed on? Wow. Not only that every time I send them back I'm out of the shocks again for a week or more at a time. That is way longer than the 2 week build time I was promised. We are now into these shocks almost 2 months. I'm sick of the bullshit promises and wait times I told them I wanted my money back since they couldn't get my shit right. Their answer was its a custom build we can't. I asked why I'm Missing resi brackets. Icon's answer? Drum roll please... It's a custom build we don't supply them. What a slap to the face. Even my rep over at metal tech was shocked at the answer.

So long story short who wants to buy some icon suspension at my loss?

Nope defeats the purpose of having an easy to access cdc valve adjuster already sent them back to icon and I'm waiting on them to be returned back to me.
