a Few New shots. was playing around near work.

Looking good! I noticed earlier in your build thread you had 285/75 and now have 265/75. Any reason why you switched to a smaller tire? I'm still torn between the two tire sizes.

i honestly have no need for a larger tire. i comute in it alot so i rather save some rotational mass. the 265/75/16 get me where i need to go wheter trails on street.

Same here. Since this will be my daily driver, I'm going more for 265/75. I was worried 265 was gonna look too skinny with my lift, but seeing it on yours, it doesn't look skinny at all. Did you add rim spacers to have your tires stick out a little more or do you have an aggressive offset on your wheels?

I have low offset wheels as well as wheel spacers. i will be adding a Big brake kit and will be getting out of my Tundra Setup so i need the extra clearance for the new caliper as well.

so since i have be pretty busy with other things i decided to update some pictures of howthe 4runner currenty sits.

a few weeks ago when we got some good rain. i went to play in the mud a bit.

so this last picture. sums up what my next mod will be. my remain Tundra calipers are starting to go bad and one caliper i am noticing the piston is starting to seize. si i am option to go bigger instead of going with a oem caliper or rebuild i am planning to go to a Big brake kit.

Stoptech BBK is here now just need to find time to install it.

Dang man, the 231 TBU stops pretty hard on these things... you'll probably be able to do an endo with that setup. Out of curiosity, if you can post any measurements on the new setup relative to the OEM calipers, I'd love to see them.

ill try my best to get some measurements. once i find time to install it. the piston size on these is 44mm per piston so i am not sure how big the tundra ones were.

which image are you refering to?
That is going to be a badass brake set up haha! Where did you order them from and how much were they?

i have wholesale account and order it through my vendors. retail is about 2k i believe. for something with 2 pc. rotors, and aluminum forged calipers pricing is about right.

Will your TE37Xs clear the new BBK? I could've sworn the installation instructions for those Tundra-spec Stoptechs mentioned a minimum 17" diameter wheel for clearance

i used the template on the stoptech site for the clearance check. i am running spacers to clear the BBK. if you look at the TRD( Private label Stoptech BBK) on the FJ above they clear the 16 inch trd wheels. i have the 332mm rotors and not the 355mm. so they are slightly bigger than the tundra rotors at 319mm
