Now, what the hell do I do with this empty cargo space? I want to build something to hold my tire back there, but I can't think of what would be the best way. It's like now that the sub box is out and I have twice the space I don't even know what to do with it haha

still gotta have bass! i have a single alpine 12 in a custom box that leaves the whole space wide open. i like having the space and use it frequently for all kinds of stuff, having a tire there would suck for me.

I agree, Im trying to figure out how to fit a 10inch in the storage area on the passenger side. I saw someone on here that did it and had a TRD logo raised under the carpet for the custom box they built, but like many other threads on here ive lost it.

You could build a sleeping platform, some pull out drawers, install a first gen roll cage, or rather than eliminating the subs completely just tone it down. I made a custom built box for a 10" Clarion sub which sounds awesome and takes up a 8" x 12" spot behind the passenger side seat. Still gives you room to do a tire carrier etc.

Subs are a great addition to any vehicle! I listen to a lot of rock and I love jamming out on my air guitar with some bass in the background! When I'm feeling really tense I'll throw on the dubstep for a full on massage therapy session.

Every vehicle I've owned has had the audio upgraded. Gotta have some subs man!

But it is a big PITA when I have to take it out when hauling stuff.
