J jumpstart New member May 12, 2013 #1 I own a 2001 4Runner and lately, when I hit a rough section of road my slip indicator light comes on and the engine loses power. Has anyone ever experience this problem or know of the repair? Thanks

Singtoe New member May 12, 2013 #2 Make sure all of your tires are evenly worn and the same pressure. Make sure you're shocks aren't worn out too. Your Trac system is seeing different rotaion in your tires and it is cutting power to regulate wheel spin.
