I'll be trying to get the photo's in the thread back up as soon as my right shoulder heals from surgery. Doing everything left-handed at the moment and its a little goofy doing things.
 
Since I bought this 4runner I haven't reinstalled my CB and I keeping saying that I'm going to but never do. I think I have some mental block about tieing into the wiring and installing the radio they way that I had it in my past 3rd gen. So to get past this I'm going to pickup a Midland 75-822 radio and just use the 12 volt socket and my mag mount antenna when needed. If I ever decided to take the Subaru into the back country I can move it over that vehicle without any hassle.
 
My 4runner is going to be mad at me since I didn't take it on a short dirt road trip out to the location of the old Paira movie set site outside of Kanab, Utah on my way back from Arizona.

Thanks to the recent post/photo's from JohnTheLuck I finally decided to head up to Inspiration Point on Willard Peak.

You can just make out the road in the background.

I didn't go all the way back past the last gate, just stop at the parking area at the top since it was getting late. The road up is pretty easy and it does switch to pretty much a single vehicle wide road with few pull outs in some spots so you have to keep you eyes out for other vehicles. Stayed in 2wd the entire time

Finally, have a CB back in my 4runner. We'll see how well this does compared to the old Cobra 75 CB I had previously.

Going to have to come back here for some camping.
 
Moab bound at the end of the month. Going to attempt White Rim trail in a day (I'll come back later for more) then some good ol' mountain biking (be off doctors orders from shoulder surgery).

Oh, if anyone wants a TRD cold air intake make me an offer, it was only on my 4runner for a few months. I'll post an ad later.

7 years, 126,xxx miles later and it's time to replace the OEM Panasonic battery. Have an Odyssey Battery on its way.

Is there some secret to removing the rear hatch plastic cover? Everything is pulled apart but for the life of me I can get it to break free. I've removed it on the my 3rd gen I used to have and don't remember it being this difficult.

Do you mean the interor panel with the lights and speakers, or the part on the outside that houses the camera and hatch release that says 4RUNNER on it?
