I' trying to figure out how I'm going to carry our snowboards in the 2013 SR5 with the 3rd row. My board is 5'3" you think that it will be able to fit into the cargo space in the back without me having to fold the second row down. If that doesn't work out what cargo boxes do you recommend?

Highly doubt it will fit without folding at least one side down. What about a roof top board carrier, usually hold four?

My board is 160cm (5'3") and doesn't fit in cargo without folding down 1 side of the 2nd row. Gonna have to go with what NorthWest says and get yourself a carrier on your rack. I have Yakimas connected to the crossbars.
If you really wanna store the board inside, you can roll down the rear window and have the board stick out back. May be a little breezy, but if you're going snowboarding, you'll probably have a heavy jacket ready anyway.
Hmm.. maybe that only works with a surf board.

I can fit 3 pairs of 186+cm skis and 2 pairs of 160+ with just one seat in the 2nd row folded, I'm sure you can fit a tiny snowboard in there without folding any 2nd row seats down.
I considered that, but I'm planning on driving to lake placid (12 hours) and I don't want the boards up there getting sand blasted the entire time.
Which Yakima rack are you using? I have an older Yakima snowboard attachment that I used for some thule bars on my old car. But the old clamps will not fit around my TE crossbars for my 4runner.

There are snowboard adapters for hitch-mount bike racks. That's an option.
Also, the middle bit of the second row folds down for this reason, and you may be able to put one or more boards there, and still be able to carry 4 passengers.

^ this is what I have done before. Just be sure to protect your seats from the board edges. It can cut your seats up.

You'll have to fold one 2nd row seat to fit snowboards. Just put something under snowboards because on your way back snowboard will be wet. If you want to buy a roof box make sure that it filts properly (cleans the sat antenna fin) and you can fully open trunk when the box is on. Somebody here has a Yakima box if I remember correctly which fits fine, but you'll have to search for it I guess.
