New Smittybilt 10k waterproof wireless winch (had to cut 20ft off cable because there was so much cable that unless wound up perfectly, it would bunch up and hit the rails under normal use)

Installing dual cases with a kit from trail gear and triple sticks from radesigns

Today I spent about 6 hours modifying the transfer case for the triple sticks so it will allow 2wd and 4wd shifting while in low range

4runner build 35s on ifs

Got the dual transfer cases in and new HD drive shafts made
Used trail gears dual case crossmember. It bolted to the single case cm with out a problem.
Made solid engine mounts
Chromo front shafts are on the way

Hacked off my winch mount today

Welded some metal/ gussets to the top of the frame to Accommodate for the 2in body lift

Assembled custome d44 widetrac chromo Dutchman axle shafts today.

4runner build 35s on ifs

First rubicon trip with the dual cases went great. Made such a big difference. The low range made the entire trail so easy, I didn't need to ride the clutch all the time, hill/ ledge descent was a dream.

I did notice the first transfer case occasionally did pop out of low when going down steep hills.
Ordered hd shift spring and might trim shift boot so nothing hits under load.

3RZ + 5 Speed + 4-Lo crawls nicely, I can only imagine dual cases.

Post some pics of it in action on the Rubicon!

Installed a pair of 2in longer doetsch internal bumpstop shocks in the rear. No more rub and got some extra drop
