It's prolly because the HOA president (usually some older homeowner in the community) saw you working and has nothing better to do but to go power crazy.

Sux man! Is it specifically stated that you can't work on your car? Also are you working on your car in the garage or outside? I'm pretty sure you can work on your rig if it's inside your garage...

We have assinged parking spaces in an uderground parking steucture. No enclosed personal garage. I heard from prople who have peraonal garages that their HOA dont even allow fixing cars even in those.

Hate HOA! I know your pain brotha! I used to live in a condo and I've been reported as well. And like you never rubbed anyone the wrong way. Hey, you're more than welcome to come over and have a mod day. I like to tinker. I'm doing some upgrades this weekend: interior LED swap, radio microphone for bluetooth calling, LBJ. I was going to change stock uca to built right uca but have to wait next week when it comes in the truck shop for pick up.

Is this more of just an overland type run or more technical

JK- I just watched the videos. I want to run this but I'm not willing to run it W/O sliders.

Sniff.. sniff.. Wait do you smell that? Pu..pu..pu..ssy!!
There are bypasses around each of the technical sections at every spot ...

It's both overland and technical it's how each of the 3-4day runs we do are ..the rest of the group got there this morning ..they just got done doing sycamore creek and its widow maker and they on there way to pleasant lake as we speak to camp for the night ...then off and running in the am and never during our runs do we ever touch pavement ..

Has any 4th genners done this to their rigs yet? I finally did my first oil change and while I was at it changed my front/ rear diff, and transfer case gear oils. With 133k on the clock I was kinda wanting to do a transmission fluid exchange.

No need for sliders, made it through everything unscathed! Trip was a little of everything, slow crawling, technical, wide open desert, and some nice curvy mountain trails. Decided we're not overlanders casue we have M-F jobs, more obsessed than weekenders, too much gear to be called campers, and too rugged to be glampers so we're now "overglampers" little of everything (except money).

Theres a video somewhere, had to make a second run at it to get though. but the chutes had enough space for the 4Runner - tundra on the other hand. . .

And then we found some mud on the way to Smiley Rock before Mingus Mountain.

Found a front grill from a Razr, made a nice tongue for the grill!

But seriously only had one real tough section to get through that we needed to spot the Tundras through, but, not to brag a lot, the 4Runner walked though that section like nothing. More impressed by the 5th gen every time I go out.
