I want a bumper to protect my sheet metal in case of deer impact. I looked into Addicted's bumper. I like every thing about it but wanted to add more corner protection like the arb. We are not all rock crawlers. I was told that they would not do that. I wish they would since they are very local to me I believe they have a great product. I have contemplated buying one anyway and just adding the extra tubing for protection myself. I don't want the ARB but I want something that has more front end coverage like it. I will have to figure something out soon that is the next phase in my project. Addicted has a sweet bumper. I just wish they had any version for guys like me. I know I am not the only one. Look at all the ARB's out there. I am a firm believer of buying USA and local. Addicted you can hit me up if this is an option that is now a consideration. I asked last year and it was a no then.

I take for granted the fact that we have been building winch bumpers for 84-95 pickups and 4runners for so long. And, I forget to get into this section even though I still own a built 1st gen 4runner.

i dig this plate style .. but will your bumpers work with body lifts ? i have a 3" ( dont judge i like it ) if so any pics of of how its mounted and looks with a body lift ?

Our plate bumper are not built for body lifts, sorry. Only our tube bumpers.

Any chance I could get a plate or square tube style rear bumper for a 1st gen? (1988) I really want a rear bumper with an integrated hitch but I'm not a fan of the tube style.

I don't see that as something we will produce. Not too many people are willing to put $800+ into a plate rear bumper on a vehicle this old.

Damn ok, figured it was worth an ask. My main issue with the tubular bumper is the large gap it seems to leave between the bumper and the tailgate. However, I've never been sure if that's improper installation or just part of the design.

I'm looking more for something that sits flush, or near flush to the tailgate like the factory bumper.
