4x4runner2002 did you get those lights wired up yet? I went and got a quote for the paint i need to paint my fenders, over what I was hoping. Over $200 for just the paints I need to paint them. I think I'm gonna have to check w lowes and see if they can color match and just roll the paint on.

For any of you SoCal guys that have thought about going to a Tacoma, here's mine for sale.

What are you planning on upgrading to? If that sells for 20k, you could always buy a nice 7.3 outright... just saying haha. That would make a bad ass tow rig.

I saw that...

Does this mean 4Runner upgrades soon

Nope, see Kraze's response below.

That's the plan, I want to get either an F150 or diesel F250 so I can tow the 4runner. If I was allowed to tow w my work truck I would just sell the tacoma and throw that money at the 4runner.

Diesel or bust, IMO. There are guys getting better mileage with their 7.3 towing through the mountains than my 4runner can get on the flat lands with a tail wind haha.

I had my mechanic friend helping me, so it really wasn't too bad. We had it out in an hour or two. If I had to do it myself, it would probably be a 6/10 or so for difficulty.

I think I'll be dropping the diff to do the oil pan. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Aussie while the diff is out.

Oh snap!

Kraze, 4RunningDaily,

Look what is on it's way for the runner... :wow2:
