Can you post any pics of the damage on the vehicle? One of the pics looks like the rear bumper is scratched.

Also FYI, I’m pretty sure your warranty is fully voided since you did a body chop on it, just tying to help with that

Local dealership doesn’t feel this way, but feel free to check with your local dealership as I can’t speak for them, unless you’re just kicking tires.
I zoomed in on a picture for you too, from some already posted of the scrape on the rear trail cover. I wouldn’t call it damage, but feel free to over inflate that too. It’s a scuff from the garage door closing on it.

Sorry I’m not trying to over inflate anything, just wondering what damage the vehicle has. Also what’s the name of the dealer you are using? I would like to call and make sure that it’s true about the warranty coverage before anything else

Are you interested in purchasing? I’m not sure what your issue is, but get the feeling you have no desire to buy. I got nothing to hide. If interested in it, put forth the effort to come out and see it in person.

Yes I’m interested in purchasing it which is why I’m asking you these basic questions, there’s no need to get defensive. I inquired when you had the CL post but I never heard back so I assumed you sold it.

So if I can get the dealers name tha you used I can call them in the morning and see if the warranty part is true then we can go from there

Well if your local delear is stating that they will keep the warranty valid on your 4runner because of the mods then I would like to hear it from them rather then word of mouth. It’s not that difficult to understand, if they’re willing to cover the warranty and are willing to commit to it then it shouldn’t be a problem for other toyota dealers to honor it. But like I said, it’s notning to be getting defensive over, it’s simple and it’s just trying to make some deal happen but if you’re not willing to give me the name then just say it and I’ll move on to another vehicle
