I did the Tundra caliper and larger rotor upgrade (199mm version) two years ago and recently replaced the rotors. I had a horrible squeal after the rotor replacement. I finally did some research and went to the local dealership. Turns out there are actually "anti-squeal" shims that you can buy for the 199mm pads. They come with an anti-vibration paste. I bought new pads, the shims and lubed up the retainer pins when I put it all back together. BINGO! ZERO NOISE!
