some new shoes

thank you

Thank you guys for your kind words. I'm not a big fan of chrome myself, but i just couldn't pass up a really smoking deal on them. They retailed for almost a grand per piece without tires. I got them for less than a third + tires, that's why i got them. Yes, I'm looking for some lowering springs for the rear so I can even out the F/R height. Can anyone suggest/ know a place I can get the rear lowering springs? I'm getting the rear spoiler w/the hump installed this week so I'll be ready for the springs soon. Thank you in advance for any help. I'll post some pics when I get them installed.

Someone here mentioned the TRD springs you can get from Japan. I too am looking for something to level out the rear of mine. Let me know if you find anything.

Nice wheels...do they come in any other finishes???like silver or polished...good choice though...makes it look unique...the tires are 285/40 22, do you have any rubbing issues when you turn? because for the 03-05 there is not much clearance for larger diameter tires...

mrshyboy,

You've peaked my interest. What kind of price are you talking about for full wheel and tire package. I own both a 2003 4Runner and 2003 GX470, I am assuming they could go on either vehicle.

Wbupload.

Never been a fan of chrome or 20+ inch rims, but those are nice! If they made those same wheels as 20s and in silver, they would be off the hook! I've always liked Maido wheels, the white M3 on their site just looks perfect.

.

Thank you for the nice comments. These are 22x9.5 with +15 offset. They are originally made for Chevy 6 lugs but I had them bore out the center to 108 to make them fit. I went with 285's because that's the nearest factory height with 40 series tires. Sorry guys, the other set of these have been sold about 2 weeks ago for the same price ($1800 complete)as mine. I'm still looking for the rear lowering springs, if anyone can help me locate one that would be great. I contact Jason B and he said it would only work with 4wd? ...I'll keep you guys posted with more mods that I'm doing....
