Dented the dog snot out of the driver's door. And of course they left, no note, no cameras in the lot either :cry2:

Wow that's a bad one. How much is paint damage vs smear from the other car?
I loath dirt bags with no regard for other people's hard earned property. Door dingers, swinging purses, cart abandoners

That's a lowlife move walking away from that without taking responsibility. If I'm interpreting the picture correctly, whoever it was even had the additional space between cars offered by a handicap space.

I think depends on his insurance. I had a hit and run on my 4Runner a few years back to my driver side rear quarter panel. I filed a police report and reported it as a hit and run to my insurer. They covered it without my premium going up. Check to see if they do that for you OP.

Also, that is a shittttty person doing that and just bouncing.
 
I was making a right turn in a camero in 1980 and tiny Italian sports car pulled along my right side between me and the curb. Apparently when I turned right I creamed his left front end and smashed in my side passenger door. Never saw him and never knew I hit him until he chased me down. If it helps at all, it is possible person did not know they hit you.

x2 . I still park at the back of parking lots and I have a 2012 with nearly 160k miles on it. hit and runners are the absolute worst. absolute worst. they should have their license suspended for 1 year if caught

many times it's inexperienced young drivers that get in their first minor accident like this, get scared, and then take off. young people out there, don't do this. whatever situation you get into like this, running from it makes it 10x worse

a good dent in the door panel, but doesn't seem to affect any functioning...I think I've tried lowering the window but will do that tonight. It honestly looks like a lot of smear; in the dented area I don't see my paint damaged too much. Checking with repair places on options.

X10.. I call people in the parking lot who leave carts out “Lazy ass” out loud.. what tans my hyde is when they themself park in back of parking lot to avoid shopping carts and then leave theirs when they leave.. i’m getting mad just thinking about it.

and all too often they are parked within 2 spots of the friggin cart return place too ffs
