Hi everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself as I'm new to the 4Runner world. My name is Pete and I'm in Nashville. I used to be a Master Lexus tech, so I know a pretty good bit about Toyotas. I've ordered an Inferno TRD Pro 4Runner and I look forward to seeing the color in person, ha. I look forward to getting to know some of you! Thanks.

Thanks Shaolin! I will definitely read it and thanks for the link! I read a bit about some front suspension noises and hopefully that gets handled. Do you know if its true that the suspension/tires and badges are installed at the port?

I have no idea, I did read about someone's post that did mention his trd skid plate and his running boards were installed at the port. I don't know about the other stuff.
 
Hey, so I sent a message to corporate Toyota because I was curious about the possibility of port installed TRD specific parts. The reply I received was that all TRD Pro's are fully assembled in Japan. Wheels, suspension, badges, shift knobs, grille. They said the only port installed options would be remote start, wheel locks, paint protection, hood protector, etc. I wonder where people are getting different info? I've never ordered a car and its really testing my patience with all this waiting. I guess its good to know you're not making an impulse buy though, ha.
 
Me too I ordered my Inferno December 22nd still waiting. I am like the rest of you following the TRDPRO Clunk form hoping they find the issue before I get mine.

Wow since December? I ordered mine January 31st and my ETA is mid April - late April.
 
Got my vin today!! It's in "truck" status so it's off the train and either in a lot or on a truck. Yea boiii!!

I've seen the new TRDs, and got to test one out. You're not going to be disappointed!

Picked up my TRDP yesterday. It only took about 3 1/2 weeks from the time I ordered it. What a beast!!
For you guys that have been waiting since like December,,did you put deposits on you orders?
I put a grand down and that pulled it away from a dealer that just wanted it for their showroom,or so I was told.
My sales guy said unless you are in an agreement with money down,you won't get first dibs.
 
Oh yeah, do any of you guys have the build sheet order number?

Mine was a "C" and those made landfall just last week they said the "D's" may be as late as April. FYI (sorry)
