I've post a few other threads before regarding installation of the Navigation unit for my 03 LTD. I got a tech to get the unit working but had been unable to obtain voice guidance. Based on the other threads posted, I understand it is as as simple as running to wires to the amplifier located in the back of the vehicle, but still my tech cannot get anything. He states I need a new amplifier compatible with the E-7009 unit. I understand my existing amplifier works, If somebody can send me any photos or diagrams as to exactly which pins it is needed to be tap into (at the unit) and location to conect to the amplifier. I will greatly appreciate any help to get my unit to work 100%. Thanks.
