Southern Style Speed bumper

I am totally naive about winches and would very much like to get a SSS bumper or a hidden winch mount. How does one engage the clutch or connect the winch controller when your winch is hidden behind the bumper like yours? It looks like there is no easy access to the winch.

You remove the dust cover between your radiator and the front facia or cut access holes in it. Or you get a winch with a wifi remote.

I could have lowered the hood here but I just didn't think about it at the time.
