Spacer dimensions

Hello guys and gals

I'm putting a new bumper on my front in a few weeks, I wanted to throw a smaller spacer on top of my 5100's to keep the front at the same height.

I'm gonna turn em out of 5/16" or 3/8" aluminum.

Anyone have a set laying around that I could get the Dim's from? I could take the struts down to measure the O.D., B.C., and the I.D. hole, but having them already made would be cool

I will slot the bolt-thru holes, so I don't need ±.001" or anything

No dimensions for you, but Wheelers Offroad makes what you're looking for; might be worth checking out!

No spacer on 5100's! They're already too long and will cause CV binding if paired with aftermarket upper control arms or premature upper ball joint failure if you're still on stock arms. Best way to keep the height with more weight is to change springs.

I do have aftermarket UCA's along with toytech springs on my 5100's.
I also have the 1" Diff drop kit installed as well.

I know you can't run the normal 2" spacers on them, I'm talking .375" or .312" thick spacers.

I may draw some up for users here to cut their own. Stay tuned for a sketch...

The toytec TP14 is a 0.25" spacer made to lift the front 1/4-1/2". This caused CV bind for me on 5100s. I went through shock measurements to confirm 5100 is in fact a longer extended length causing the issue. Lots of good info in this thread Higher angle inner CV joint options for 4th gens?
